Commitment to the Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces

Front-end Conference Kansai recognizes the elimination of anti-social forces as an important social responsibility. We hereby declare and warrant that we comply with, and will continue to comply with, the following clauses.

We represent and warrant that we do not currently fall under, and will not in the future fall under, any of the following categories (collectively referred to as "Anti-Social Forces"):

• Organized crime groups (boryokudan)
• Members of organized crime groups
• Persons who were members of organized crime groups within the past five years
• Quasi-members of organized crime groups
• Companies affiliated with organized crime groups
• Corporate extortionists (sokaiya)
• Groups engaging in criminal activities under the pretext of social or political activism
• Special intelligence violence groups
• Any other groups or individuals equivalent to the above

We also represent and warrant that we are not currently, and will not in the future be, involved in any of the following:

• Being controlled by Anti-Social Forces in our management
• Allowing Anti-Social Forces to be substantially involved in our management
• Using Anti-Social Forces for the purpose of gaining unjust profit for ourselves or third parties, or for the purpose of causing damage to third parties
• Providing funds or other benefits to Anti-Social Forces, or otherwise engaging in any form of cooperation or involvement with them
• Having socially unacceptable relationships with Anti-Social Forces through any of our executives or persons substantially involved in our management

Furthermore, we covenant that neither we nor any third parties acting on our behalf will engage in any of the following actions:

• Violent demands
• Unreasonable demands exceeding legal responsibilities
• Threatening behavior or the use of violence in relation to transactions
• Spreading rumors, using deception or force to damage the reputation of the other party, or obstructing their business
• Any other conduct similar to the above

In the event it is discovered that we have made any false declarations regarding the above, or have breached any of the above commitments, the other party shall have the right to immediately terminate any contract or agreement without prior notice.
